Can I register with a Gmail or personal email address?
No. MyOfficeFix serves registered businesses, so sign-up requires a corporate email domain. Your company domain becomes your workspace, and colleagues on the same domain can be invited by your administrator. Personal mailboxes such as Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook.com are rejected at registration.
How is a quotation generated and priced?
Submitting a service request instantly generates an indicative quotation and emails it to the MyOfficeFix operations desk at info@gharfix.com. A verified vendor is then assigned to price your actual brief - covering area, headcount, tonnage, shifts and number of sites - and the final quotation is released to you for approval.
How does role-based access work for my team?
A company administrator creates users and assigns them the Admin, Supervisor or User role, restricts them to specific branches, and controls exactly which pages and actions each role can access. Admins manage the company; supervisors handle branch operations; users raise and track requests.
What happens after a job is completed?
MyOfficeFix raises a GST-compliant invoice against the accepted quotation. Once payment is recorded, the task closes automatically and remains in your dashboard with a full timeline of every stage - request, quotation, vendor assignment, job and payment - for audit and ESG reporting.
How much do MyOfficeFix services cost?
Each service shows an indicative starting price - for example housekeeping from around Rs 18,000 per site per month, or office fit-outs from around Rs 1,450 per square foot. Final pricing is quoted against your specific requirement, and multi-branch national rollouts receive an automatic volume discount of up to 12%.
